This website speaks of a "has-been". A building that "has been" a bar and a nightclub for decades, and is now open on SUNDAY mornings. When we hear the term "has-been", we generally apply it negatively to reference a forgotten athlete or celebrity. At Turning Point Church, we celebrate those who are now "has been's". People who, for whatever reason, have finally arrived at a point of change - a turning point. A seized opportunity to trade what they HAVE BEEN for all God has created them to be.
